MyCovenantHealth Enrollment
Covenant Health patients can self-enroll for MyCovenantHealth, where you can securely view your medical information and connect with your healthcare team. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in MyCovenantHealth.
You may self-enroll using the email address you provided during your visit, or personal identifiers, including your Medical Record Number and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
Self-enrollment is not currently available to caregivers or guardians. To self-enroll, you will need the following information, and it must match what you provided to us during registration at our facility:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
Four Ways You Can Enroll
- Ask your physician’s office or hospital registration rep to email you a portal invitation.
- Call us at (865) 374-5260 and request a portal invitation.
- Self-enroll in the portal online.
- Submit an online portal request.
MyCovenantHealth Login
Keep Information Updated: Regularly update your contact details and health information. Use strong passwords and log out after each session, especially on shared devices. Regularly log in to keep up with your health information and any new communications from your provider.
- To sign in to your account, go to the MyCovenantHealth Login page
- Enter your Email address or username
- If you sign in using a public computer, sign out before leaving the computer.
- To protect your health information, your account automatically signs out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
Forgot Your Password?
If you forgot your password, click forgot password below the MyCovenantHealth login button and enter your email address to receive an email to reset your password.

MyCovenantHealth Pay a Bill
Covenant Health offers you the convenience of online bill pay for your hospital and medical practice bills. Covenant Health is currently in the process of changing bill-pay vendors. MyCovenantHealth App
The MyCovenantHealth app is the easiest way to access your information whenever you need it. The app is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You can also connect your MyCovenant Health app to your other health apps so all of your pertinent data is available together.
Once Covenant Health grants you access to the online portal and creates an account for you, simply sign into the MyCovenantHealth mobile app with your MyCovenant Health username and password. If you have access to multiple Covenant Health hospital and medical practice portals, you can view all participating portals through the app.
