About Covenant Health
Covenant Health is an integrated health system organization based in Knoxville, Tennessee, with operations throughout the Knoxville metropolitan area. Covenant Health was formed in 1996 by the merger of Fort Sanders Health System of Knoxville with the organization that operated Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.
Covenant Health had an operating income of $38.3 million in 2020. They received a total of $92.5 million in government relief from the CARES Act and other funding.

MyCovenantHealth Patient Portal
MyCovenantHealth offers secure, online access to your Covenant health records. It allows you more meaningful engagement with your care team — streamline communication, request appointments, and access treatment history, including diagnosis information, medications, lab results, prescription refills, and more.
Covenant Health patients can self-enroll for MyCovenant Health. However, you must be at least 18 years old to enroll in MyCovenantHealth. You may self-enroll using the email address you provided during your visit, or personal identifiers, including your Medical Record Number and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
MyCovenantHealth Features
MyCovenantHealth offers patients personalized and secure online access to portions of their medical records. It enables you to securely use the Internet to help manage and receive information about your health. With CovenantHealth Patient Portal, you can use the Internet to:
- Request medical appointments.
- View your health summary from the MyCovenant Health electronic health record.
- View test results.
- Make your MyCovenantHealth Bill Payments.
- Request prescription renewals.
- Access trusted health information resources.

MyCovenantHealth Enrollment
Covenant Health patients can self-enroll for MyCovenantHealth, where you can securely view your medical information and connect with your healthcare team. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in MyCovenantHealth.
You may self-enroll using the email address you provided during your visit, or personal identifiers, including your Medical Record Number and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
Four Ways You Can Enroll
- Ask your physician’s office or hospital registration rep to email you a portal invitation.
- Call us at (865) 374-5260 and request a portal invitation.
- Self-enroll in the portal online.
- Submit an online portal request.
MyCovenantHealth Login
If you are a new user and have not yet created an account, please select the option at the bottom of the MyCovenant Health login portal for “SIGN UP“. You will then be guided through creating a login. Once your healthcare provider confirms your email address and initiates the sign-up process, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create your account.
- To sign in to your account, go to the MyCovenantHealth Login page
- Enter your Email address or username
- If you sign in using a public computer, sign out before leaving the computer.
- To protect your health information, your account automatically signs out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
Forgot Your Password?
If you forgot your password, click forgot password below the MyCovenantHealth login button and enter your email address to receive an email to reset your password.
Check your junk and spam folders for invitations if the password reset email does not arrive within 24 hours. For assistance or more information about the MyCovenant Health patient portal, call 865-374-5269.
MyCovenantHealth Pay a Bill
Covenant Health offers you the convenience of online bill pay for your hospital and medical practice bills. Covenant Health is currently in the process of changing bill-pay vendors. If you don’t have answers to the prompts you see during the online payment process, please reach out to our business office at 1-800-230-1130.
MyCovenantHealth App
The MyCovenantHealth app is the easiest way to access your information whenever you need it. The app is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You can also connect your MyCovenant Health app to your other health apps so all of your pertinent data is available together.
Once Covenant Health grants you access to the online portal and creates an account for you, simply sign into the MyCovenantHealth mobile app with your MyCovenant Health username and password. If you have access to multiple Covenant Health hospital and medical practice portals, you can view all participating portals through the app.
The MyCovenantHealth app allows you to connect with your care team to:
- Securely message your provider
- Schedule and manage upcoming appointments
- Access medical information, including laboratory results, medications, health issues, allergies, immunizations, and other health records.
- Request or Schedule an Appointment
- Convenient, Secure Access to Your Health Information
- Access via App or Web on Phone, Tablet, or Desktop
- Communicate With Your Healthcare Team via Secure Messaging
