The MyCovenantHealth app is the easiest way to access your information whenever you need it. The app is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You can also connect your MyCovenantHealth app to your other health apps so all of your pertinent data is available together.
MyCovenantHealth helps patients stay informed and take a more active role in their health. Through the MyCovenantHealth mobile app, patients have easy, real-time access to Covenant Health’s online portal, which shows your latest healthcare information and provides the services needed to plan and understand your care.
MyCovenantHealth App Features
Once Covenant Health grants you access to the online portal and creates an account for you, simply sign into the MyCovenantHealth mobile app with your MyCovenantHealth username and password. If you have access to multiple Covenant Health hospital and medical practice portals, you can view all participating portals through the app.
With a lot of features, the MyCovenantHealth app allows you to connect with your care team to:
- Securely message your provider
- Schedule and manage upcoming appointments
- Access medical information, including laboratory results, medications, health issues, allergies, immunizations, and other health records.
- Request or Schedule an Appointment
- Convenient, Secure Access to Your Health Information
- Access via App or Web on Phone, Tablet, or Desktop
- Communicate With Your Healthcare Team via Secure Messaging

If you need assistance accessing your existing account, visit MyCovenantHealth.com for support options. Contact your medical provider directly regarding questions about your health record. Personal health inquiries or concerns posted as comments in the App Store cannot be addressed.
How To Connect MyCovenantHealth with Your Health App
You can connect your MyCovenantHealth account with some health management apps so that you can see health information from multiple medical providers in one place. Currently, you can connect your patient portal with:

What if My Health App isn’t Listed Above?
If you are interested in connecting your MyCovenantHealth patient information with an app not listed above, please submit your request at covenanthealth.com/health-apps.
Once we receive your request, Covenant Health will work with the vendor to determine if they meet the technical requirements required to securely connect their app with MyCovenantHealth.
Please allow up to two weeks for us to research your request and provide you with an answer. All information you submit will be directed to MyCovenantHealth@covhlth.com. If you are having problems connecting to MyCovenantHealth, please call 865-374-5260.
MyCovenantHealth Login
If you are a new user and have not yet created an account, please select the option at the bottom of the MyCovenantHealth login portal for “SIGN UP“. You will then be guided through creating a login. Once your healthcare provider confirms your email address and initiates the sign-up process, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create your account.
- To sign in to your account, go to the MyCovenantHealth Login page
- Enter your Email address or username
- If you sign in using a public computer, sign out before leaving the computer.
- To protect your health information, your account automatically signs out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
If you forgot your password, click forgot password below the login page and enter your email address to receive an email to reset your password. Check your junk and spam folders for invitations if the password reset email does not arrive within 24 hours.
